Select Home Plans was founded to give future home owners the opportunity to purchase our custom line of homes expertly created from the talented team at D+D Studio LLC.  These homes are carefully selected from our extensive portfolio and offered to you for purchase. Each home plan set comes with all the necessary floor plans, elevations, sections and details allowing the customer to coordinate with their local designers/engineers to complete the required drawings to meet code in their area. Through our designs, we strive to find the perfect balance between comfort, practicality and beauty. Our goal is not only to create stunning structures, but to improve lives. Our work is mostly based in Virginia, so any relevant code information will need to be coordinated with a design professional in your local area prior to permitting or construction.
